Delete Your AmyloidConnect Account

You can request deletion of your AmyloidConnect account and all associated personal and health data at any time.

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

• Your account information (name, email, password)
• Health information and uploaded documents (lab results, diagnosis details, treatment history)
• Saved clinical trial matches and search history
• Subscription and billing records, except where retention is required by law

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the email associated with your account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." Include your full name and the email address used to register.
